I am gonna join Sinta for her Yoga classes at Gaia. And I'm gonna make sure I practise it regularly.
So many years of no exercising is scaring me.... If I continue like this, everyday jus eat, sleep, work, I think I'll be wearing Size M soon.... NO NO No.... that cannot happen..... 吓死人!
But hor, I scared later I dun hv the determination to carry on. Then will be 半途而废 leh. So... Sinta babe, you must motivate me ya?
