Today is the 4th Year Anniversary of Jas and me. Phew... It's a long long time man. Throughout this period, both of us hv went thru lots. It wasn't exactly easy through the years.

The 2 of us doesn't really do much couple stuff while dating like shopping, dining and watching movie jus the 2 of us. We normally spend a lot of time with friends when we're outside if not is spend time at home, cause I love crowds. So this time for our anniversary, we decided to go on a date jus like how other couples date.

He picked me up and we drove down to town shopping and just walk walk around lor. We went to check out GUCCI and LV cause I'm suppose to get him a card holder. After choosing a bit, he decided to go for the LV one which I had seen with Sinta the day before. I knew he'll choose the Monogram instead of the Damier one. Damn.... I prefer Damier leh. He says, "Ah Beng of course use Monogram lah." *roll eye* * faint* Whatever lah, as long he's happy. =)

You know people always have like "Anniversary Dinner" at posh places but the 2 of us are jus wierd lor. We had a "Anniversary Brunch". Haha! Cause we both super hungry at bout 4plus lor so we started hunting for food. After some deliberating, we decided to try the chicken rice at Chatterbox. Wah lau! The 2 of us super mountain turtle one, no eat at Chatterbox before so to us hor, it's like "posh" lor. Hahaha! We want to try for ourselves what is so special about the chicken rice there that makes it so expensive. It cost a freaking $23 for it leh.

Haiz... But hor, now I know expensive doesn't mean nice. I dun like the chicken rice leh. The chicken meat a bit the hard. Nothing really special mah. I prefer my 925 chicken rice at Yishun leh. This meal costed a bomb sia.... *faint* But at least know I no longer mountain turtle le. I tried it le. =p

After the meal we went to Great World to watch Death Note 2. Haha! Jas and me have been waiting for the part 2 to be release leh. Nice nice! The ending rather unexpected, but overall it's good. Evertime we go Great World, we definitely pay the hamsters at the pet shop a visit. I like to see them running around in their wheels and squeezing each other while they sleeping. So adorable. Jas wanted to buy me one to bring home. I was tempted to get it but didn't. I scared I'll be lazy to clean them up so dun wan lor. I'm happy just to see them each time I go there.

We went to Bottle Tree Park for dinner. It's this newly open park near Khatib where people can go fishing and prawning in the ponds. They imported this tree call Bottle Tree from Aussie to put there hence the name.

I quite like the ambience there cause it's alfresco and quiet. We order too much food ah, so we couldn't finish. Very wasted.

Let me backtrack a little on the previous few days....

On Wed, my company had our post X'mas party. It's a tradition that all new staff has to be the organizer of the year end X'mas party. This time we have 6 additions to the comapany so there's a lot of people to help. Our theme this year was a pyjamas party so we named it "Zzzz'mas". Everone was to turn up in PJ and they were all very sporting. Most of them came dressed. We also had a very "hot" Belly Dancing performance, courtesy of Angelina who was one of our contract staff. When she's dressed up for performance, she looks totally different. Woah!!! There was lots of lucky draw prizes to be won and I got a $50 Topshop voucher. Hehe! Means more shopping! yeah man! Lolx! I think all of us had a good time.... Next yr, I'll be there just to enjoy the party, no nd plan le... Anyway, some photos taken....

THE HOLIDAY SEASON!!!

It's my favourite time of the year again!

I feel the mood of the Christmas much more this year than the previous cause I had been working especially hard the past 2 mths and have been really looking forward to the long stretch of holidays. And plus, of course, I got lots and lots of presents this year. =P I must thank Joei for my GUCCI handphone strap, that's one thing I have been lusting for all year man. She's so sweet!!! Another surprise I got is from Sinta. I have been wanted to buy Anna Sui's mascara for quite a while but haven gotten round to doing it. I think Sinta got telepathy with me ah, she actually bought it for me lor. I put on the mascara today and it's so pretty. I like I like!!!! Hehehe!

Also, my electronic keyboard is also a gift from Jas. I have been practising late on it everyday hoping that I can be a pianist one day. Ya right! I still nd to go for classes before I can declare myself a pianist. But whatever it is, I like I like. Hehe!

So what did I do during the last few days of the holidays? I went Dragonfly on Sat night with a whole bunch of peeps like Eug, Kel, Jas, Tan, Adrian, Yenling, Jac, Angela and Meow. Steven couldn't make it cause he had to work..... Haiz... Too bad. After hearing so much comments (good and bad) about the place, finally I've seen it for myself. A lot of people say that place very Canto-pop so got a lot of bengs and lians so they dun like but for me I like leh. Ya ya..... people's gonna start saying cause I "Ah Lian" mah. Whatever lah. I like the whole set-up of the place and the live band. Although they can be quite tacky and erm.... dunno lah but it's a refreshing clubbing scene. The dancers was changing clothes like almost every songs and their outfit is fabulous lor. Got those feather feather Broadway style one some more leh.

There was also this former famous singer call "William Scorpion" who's very popular with the aunties. Lots of them was like taking the front seats while he's singing and whistling and hooting away ah. I must say he really got very good stage presence, a bit sexy.... haha! For his age lah. I think my mummy will like him. Hehe!

Christmas eve as usual was spent as Jas' place. It's like a yearly gathering. Lots of them turned up as well. Drinks was plenty and there's lots of laughter. Jas' Uncle Raymond like every year will make all of them drink till drunk. Lots of them was like lying flat on the floor past midnight. Cool! Jas' dad got both me and Jas presents this year..... First time I receive a present from him for Christmas. =)

Christmas day itself was house visiting day. Food and more food! Hehe!

That's it! Ta Ta!

It's been a cold cold day.... For the entire day, rain has been falling on and off. Hmm.... very nice weather.

I can finally take a breather this week. After the last concert of Tables Turned on Sat, all major events for this year is done. The concert went very well.... Superb dance cheography, dancers and good combi of the film and music. Although a bit avant-garde but tastefully done. Heard rather good comments of the show. It's wierd how Singaporeans are not willing to pay for a local performance but when given free tickets, they are curious enough to check it out. Oh well.... there are more improvements required among audiences contact with the arts.

I went to watch "Eragon" with Jas after the concert. Just the 2 of us..... We have been waiting for that show to start ever since we saw the shots. It was good! It's quite worth the money. Now I'm anticipating for the part 2. I'm very sure there's gonna be a sequel. Although the actors/actresses aren't very big names but they suit the characters they play. Not bad!

After the show, we were both tired le.... So we went back home straight... Haiz.... Poor Jas. I've been so busy recently that we hardly has much time to spent together. But luckily, he's so nice about it, he din grumble and even fetches me from work whenever I work late. I've taken leave on the 29th so I can have a long holiday to spend some quality time together. Really looking forward to the break plus it's our anniversary. =)

Upon Von's recommendation, she has influenced a few of us in the company to buy an electronic keyboard. It seems the original price was $200 and we managed to get it at $150. Ooo.... I love it. Hehe! I spent my entire Sunday playing it. And now I am determined to get some piano lessons..... Hehe! Gotta start finding out the courses and the cost now. I think there's a Christophori at Funan so maybe I can try there. See how ba.... Maybe I can excel in this area.... Haha!

Some People are just so Fake

I can’t believe what I saw today man. I knew he’s bad and is like the public enemy in the office but hor, what he did today totally puts me off. We are all aware that he like to “por” boss and whatever the bosses says, he’ll treat it like imperial edict and today I saw the extent that he would go.

I was talking to Lyn, her husband and my GM outside the main building today at about 7plus. I still hadn’t gone home cause I’ve got the concert rehearsal still going on…. They were all sitted in one row while I was standing in front of them chit-chatting away. I saw Dan came down from the office with his bag so I knew he is gonna go off. He was walking in our direction halfway thru when I saw him took a u-turn and went back to the office. I thought probably he forgot something so he went back to get it or wat. But hor, about 5 mins later, I saw him came out of office empty handed and walk past us and got into the building like machiam he still working. That’s when I realize he went back office to leave his bag lor….. TMD!!! I think he saw my GM there so he decided to pretend to be hardworking lor. This is really the ultimate leh! Damn fake man! Aiyo…..

Haiz…. I really feel 丢脸 to be in the same dept as him leh….. *faint* Super jia lat leh. I was so shock to see him do such a thing. I thought he would have more integrity than that and now it’s so apparent that he doesn’t have. Oh well… Just my luck to have such a colleague. I know my GM is a smart guy, he’ll soon see thru wat a faker he is…. =p

Weekend is always so short..... It's over too soon. Haiz....

Saturday I was suppose to come back to work as there was a wedding. But luckily, my colleague help me cover that. So I din have to work. Phew... Been feeling very lethargic the whole week.

I slept till about 11am then I was awaken by phone-calls. Boss call, clients call etc etc... Having got my pay and bonus, I was contemplating going shopping but I knew Jas has got fishing plans in his mind. He sort of like has hinted to me lor and wants me to accompany him go. When he called me in the afternoon and say meeting his friends at 5.45pm I went like, "oh... can I not go? I wanna shop.... " Hehe! But just as I had guessed, he wasn't very happy lor. So I reluctantly say ok lah... I'll go....

When he came to pick me up after that, I was sulking and grumbling a bit lor saying there's nothing for me to do there and if I dun shop today, there's wouldn't be time for me to do so le etc etc. However he like no respnse so I just kept quiet. Then halfway, when he reach Pasir Ris, he turned out the experssway and say, "Dun go fish already lah. Show me a face so sian" Then I ask him where he going, he say go the newly open Ikea walk walk lor. I knew he meant well but I dun wanna make him go walk walk with me unwillingly so hor I said irritatedly," Dun wan lah. Go fish lah. Already come all the way here le. Anyway, I also dun wanna shop at Ikea."

He din say anything then turn out again. I was thinking, "Die lah! I pushed my limit to much le. He sure angry le." But hor, to my surprise he say he really dun wanna fish le cause starting to rain soon, so we'll go take a walk at VivoCity instead. Lolx! He really is trying to coax me lor. I knew he must have a motive for taking me shopping and I knew it lor. Cause halfway while I was happily shopping, he ask if we can go fish for a while later cause his friend's still waiting for him. hahahhaha! I knew it. Of course I gladly say ok lah, cause he already took the effort to bring me shopping le mah. =P I know I very bad lah. But if I nt bad how to show that he's good right? Hehehhehe! Must got contrast mah.... Lolx!

Anway after that we stayed out till late then we went for Mac Breakfast before heading home. Sunday was a stay home day lor... Nothing much de. That's another of my weekend le.... Now, it's back to work and more work.... argh!

With all the work and tight schedule during the past 2 weeks, weekends dun even feel like weekends. Tomorrow is my off day.... A day where I can really relax, or at least I hope so. There will still be calls diverted from office one lah. But at the very least, I dun nd to be at work.

Thanks to Cheryl for covering my duties, I managed to go off work early today and go for yoga classes with my other colleague Lyn. She has got this 1 week free trial promotion at Pure Yoga, so we went for Hatha classes together. Today's instructor is quite nice, very funny person but his class is damn tough lor. First time I attend a Hatha Yoga class that is this difficult. Now I'm feeling a bit sore all over my body. This is good actually cause I know I did work out my body. Hehe! I really needed the exercise. Haven been to yoga for a long long time....

Tml I'm gonna go to Stella's salon again. Hehe! I've decided on doing curls again. Haiz.... straight hair is rather boring leh.... Lolx! I still prefer curls lah. Like tat then my colleagues can differentiate between me and Cheryl mah. hehehehe! Everyone keeps mixing the 2 of us up. Lolx! A bit nervous about the doing it leh. Hopefully it turns out fine jus like before....

It just feels like shit! Shit happens whenever time is of crucial factor!

Fucking hell.... Some people just can't take instructions properly. Damn!

Scared Die Me ah.....

I thought today I can hv a relaxing day at work but hor.... wah lau! NO LOR!!!!

The musical instruments and the equipements got delayed!!!! When TNT people called me and say the stuff has been held in custom and can only be delivered tml morning, I almost fainted ah! The things were held in custom lor.... Stupid leh... Then some more say when custom release it, they cannot deliver till next morning. Haiz.... haiz... haiz.....

But then, I cannot faint. Cause now the task at hand is to make sure all get to Tokyo City View by today. In the end no choice lor, I gotta be a bit nasty, a bit pathetic and keep hound TNT Singapore to chase for it to be delivered. The guy whom I have been talking to must be super mad at me by this time already. I have been calling him like every half an hour to hound him to get updates for me. Likewise, my bosses in Japan have been calling me every hr to chase me for latest news.... Super stress ah! MEGA STRESS AH!!!!

But finally i got it settled. That's the miracle of money. With paying extra, they finally say ok they will get a external contractor to deliver it and it will be done withing an hour. Wah lah! Say so earlier mah. Then I could have got it done sooner instead of fretting and worrying my heads off.....

Now I can put my heart at ease le.... Next thing to think is shld I or shld I not go perm my hair..... weeeee.............. ;)

After a long long week of work and more work.... Finally today I got a whole day of rest without having to worry about work.

For the past few days ah, even when i sleep i can't sleep properly leh. Cause i will be planning in my head what's not done and how much time i have to do it etc etc...

With most of the staff going up to Japan now, for the whole of this week, I can relac and do my stuff own time own target. Although still got lots of events going on, at least during the day is nt so taxing mah. Hehe!

Finally... peace for a while now.... =)
