(Supposedly) A Trip to JB

Saturday, Jas was suppose to go overnight fishing at Ubin. I din wanna go.... So when Adrian jio go JB, me is excited. I long long time no sit car go JB shop and eat le. My long long time is really long de lor.... Many many years already ah....Haha!

Adrian and Jac came fetch me and when we reach Woodlands..... WAH! The queue is damn long ah....

We were jammed for an hr & a half and we are like nt even half way thru. Sianz... We decided against going le. Hmph.... We then diverted our plans to go eat 好料 to compensate for our poor stomach after the long wait. Hehe!

After deliberating for a long time and a long car ride, we decided on JUMBO SEAFOOD!

Me and Jac is happy to reach East Coast. 海鲜海鲜 here we come! Lolx!

Being very hungry people, we ordered lotsa food. We had chilli crab, drunken prawns, sambal kangkong, BBQ fish and Fried Sontong Kia (Adrian's must-have). Damn shiok ah! Haven ate so much and so full before. I love the drunken prawns. The soup ah.... Wah! Heavenly man. Adrian is 对 the BBQ fish 念念不忘. Also very delicious.

Even though we are very 饱 from the dinner, me and Jac still want something sweet to complete the meal. So we went down to Coffee Club at Siglap. We are 贪吃. Lolx!

Wah... See the desserts so nice.... We had the Strawberry Romanoff and Banana Butterscotch Cheesecake...

Adrian bluff people de... Say full till cannot eat... But when desserts come, he is the first to eat it. Haha!

Mmmm.... Nice ah!

Jac has never drank coffee. Actually, drank once before... But she didn't like it. But she decided to give it another try.

She tried Adrian's Ice Mocha Vanilla or was it Ice Vanilla Mocha? Watever lah....

Conclusion: She still dun like it. Lolx!

While me and Jac are happily taking pictures and entertaining ourselves and savouring the desserts, Adrian is stoning at one corner. He is super duper full by this time..... See that look?

After that, it was mahjong.... My day ended with me winning $11. =P

今天我遇到了好人

It was raining this morning.... Wah lau... What a nice weather to sleep in. But hor... haiz... gotta get to work. I hate travelling in the rain...

Lucky for me, the rain stopped when i was about to leave my house. Happily, I left without an umbrella. When I reach hor... it was heavy rain and I was stuck without an unbrella. Just nice, got a 好人 offered to share umbrella with me so that I can cross the road to the office building. So nice hor... .haha! Lucky me....

Jus now lunch, I had Kimchi and Chicken Paper Hot Pot.... Yummy... Very nice... The soup is very spicy, but very delicious. So shiok to drink on a cold cold day. Not very ex lah... On days with spare cash for a better can go try.... The one I had is $15. The shop is at Caltex House. Think the name is call Hito.

Bored Die at Home

It's weekend..... Later I'll be going for a mahjong session with Sinta and Joy. Wish me luck to win some shopping money and to make up my losses for yesterday. Sinta says I can do some if I can bear to make a poor housewife bankrupt. Oh well... .I look up look down, look left look right hor... Sinta oso dun look like some poor housewife leh. Agree? Hmmm..... So dun care. I wanna win money! lolx!

Haiz.... I'm so bored at home right now. No plans at all till later. Jas not enough sleep last night so gotta let him catch some rest before we can proceed to Sinta's place. Nothing to do at home, except play game, watch tv and rot..... No one's online to chat wif me oso. Argh! Bored die me ah!

Nvm... I go bathe then go over to Jas place..... Go disturb him, ask him wake up bring me go dinner... Haha! =P

Just came back from lunch with Sinta and Janice.... Now so convenient to hv lunch with them. Last time gotta take cab and all... Now no nd le.

We went to 别府 to have the Ramen. Today I had my taste of the 8chilli soup. Sinta ordered it. So I try lor. Wah Lau! Super spicy ah.... Dunno how she tahan one.....

Janice is so sweet. Help my buy tea break from her office there. She bought me curry puff and tapioca cake. She bought so much asking me to share with my colleagues! Janice is so nice.... Love die her ah! Hehe!

Sat going over to Sinta's hse play mahjong. Hmph! This time I no wan to lose le. Sinta, Be prepared to sponsor my shopping. LOLX!

First Day of Work on a New Job

Finally, my days as a 无业游民 are over..... Today I started on my first day in the new company.

Frankly speaking, I hate first days at work. It always gives me those queasy feeling. 怪怪的.... You know, those kinda conflicting feeling between both excitement about a new job.... starting afresh and feeling nervous not sure how exactly it will be like working? And hor, first day at work means a lot of awkard conversation, not knowing how to start a topic, looking lost like a blur sotong and trying to find work to do when there really isn't much. Haha!

Oh well, lucky for me, my first day at work was all fine and pleasant. Sure.... there were some glitches at work, and I am only human, so mistakes are unavoidable but still no major wrongs yet. Hope it stays that way. Lolx!

Tml will be another day. More to learn and more work coming....... Time to sleepz.....

悔过

到了心灰意冷的时候，突如其来的悔过， 让她不知所措。
可否能再回到过去， 极不容易，也不难。
困难的是如何作出抉择。

想说“算了”, 却是多么难以出口的一句。
时间也许能平复所有的过错。
可是对方都肯多花那一分钟吗？

又是一天的无业游民

Actually, nothing specific I wanna talk about. Jus feel like blogging..... Lolx!

Today is another 无业游民的日子....

Couldn't get to sleep last night... Was on MSN chatting with Jac till about 5plus in the morning. Tried to get some sleep, but was afraid I can't wake up in time to wake Jas up for work, so I stayed awake lying in bed till 6.30am.

Thought it would be easy to wake him up cause he slept early. BUT HOR..... I call and call till 8am then he woke up. I super patient hor? Um.. I oso think so. *faint* I from sleepy mode, call until i fully awake ah. Whenever I get past the sleepy mode, I always end up nt able to sleep de. Got so frustrated lor... Scolded him a bit when he finally answered the call. Lolx. After that, I force myself to sleep lor....

Woke up at 4pm after my mum repeatedly came into the room to see if I am awake..... =/ Feeling lost... dunno what to do, I log onto MSN. There, Adrian keep pestering me to play mahjong. Actually promise my mama I will be home early de... But finally, I gave in to mahjong.

Went to meet Jas and Jac for dinner at Hougang. Had a very delicious meal. Ate claypot asam fish, claypot ginger chicken and claypot 酶菜扣肉. Jac recommmed de. Really nice lor. Mmmm... Yummy... After that, Jas send me to Jac's place then he went home le. He so poor thing... Since Mon hor, he has been settling his own dinner cause I hv been playing mahjong everyday. Nvm nvm.... Friday is public holiday, can 陪 him le.

Today mahjong I lost le. Maybe it's due to the 4-Leave Clover pendant I wore.... Past 2 nights I din wear hor, I won leh. Today I wear it, end up I lost $20. Maybe the pendant brings good luck but not when it comes to gambling ba. Aiya... or maybe, today is 根本就是会输的. Oh well... Money comes and go mah....

Hmm.... heard that Janice is doing rather well with her 山哥哥. Good to see her happy with her new beau. She really needs somebody who appreciates her. Not like her that dark charcoal.... Might be going for supper with them plus, Sinta, Hoon, Joei and Marcus on Saturday night. Hehe! Then can see them in their lovey dovey act. hahahaha! Janice eh... Dun get too mushy hor... Wait all of us 吃不下. Hahaha!

I'm having problem reconciling how I feel about guys having affair.... Part of me believes that all guys will have affair given the opportunity. Yet part of me trusts that Jas won't.... Like that how???? Haiz.... *faint* All I can say hor, is can 偷吃 but 吃了要会抹嘴. Lolx! Ignorance is Bliss..... Again... maybe is I 想太多了.

*Yawn* Sleepy mode on le.... Gonna get to bed....

P.S.: With regards to my previous post where I talked about 英雄难过美人关. Upon having seen the woman who made my friend 犯错. I hv decided to that the saying is not true. There really is no 美人. Think hor, is blinded at that moment, or kanna voodoo hor, then 犯错 de.... Must be ah.... *shakes head*

Back from Late Night Supper

Back from yet another mahjong session with Jac and Adrian... Meow no join us this time. Eug played instead. Won 6 bucks today. Lucky no lose..... Went for supper with them, before Adrian drove me back....

Now, I can't get to sleep..... So here I am sitting in front to the computer rambling on and on.....

Sometimes I really enjoy times like these. Where everyone is asleep, the night is quiet and I am all alone, listening to a few of my fav songs letting thoughts run thru my brain.

I have been thinking..... Men who hv affair always seems to be those who are rich or those with the spare cash. So if one day, when Jas is really successful in the profit sharing arragement with his boss, and becomes richer than now, will he also starts to 偷吃 outside? By tat time, probably, me and him would hv been together for years already. He might also have start to get bored with the relationship. And when that happens, what am I gonna do? What would my reaction be? It seems kinda stupid to worry about it now. But the more I hear about guys having affair outside and saying like 那个男人不偷吃, the more I feel one day it might jus happen.

Haiz.... 可能我想太多了...... 女人就是这样的.....

Humans are So Indecisive

Humans are such indecisive creatures. After spending a few days of 无业游民的生活. I am dying to get back to work. See la? Got work dun wan work, no work complain no work. Such indecisiveness....

Nonetheless, my days of 无业游民 will be over on Monday. Cherish what I hv now first.... Hehe!

爱情在一开始，总是美丽的，浪漫的。。。

结婚是为了肯定一段所谓完美的爱情。。。。

哪有了那个肯定后呢？应该要怎么维持呢？

到了现在，我终于领悟了。。。。再好的男人，始终还是男人。再好的男人，还是逃不过天底下男人的头条罪行。原来，英雄真的难过美人关。

我的心，在为她而痛。能够深深的体会他的背叛所带给她的失望，感受到她的绝望。谁晓得，在她那坚强的外表，她的内心是多么的脆弱。。。 好想能为她做些什么，让她能够开心点。但是我却无能为力。只能默默地给她我所能给的支持。

但我相信。。。 雨过会有彩虹，希望她不要放弃。人生不会是永远的黑暗。她会拥有幸福的一天。我愿那天很快会到来。。。。我祝福她！

A week of Fun and Joy

My one week of enjoyment is almost over.... It's Friday.... No actually, Saturday, considering the time now. It's a wonder, how comeI am at home at this time on a Friday night (saturday morning, whichever) not playing mahjong. I did play... but well... long story...... Nvm... 说来话长.... Might as well take this time to blog about something happy. =)

Stayed over at The Gallery Hotel on Sat so that we dun need to travel all the way from all parts of Singapore to Sinta's dad hse. The room was proudly sponsored by Mr Kim Hoon. it's a very nice and cosy room for me, Janice, Joei and Joy.... Oh btw, I was known as J'Von, pronounced as Jer Von, that day. Just so that all our names start with "J". Haha! Janice came up with the name for me. Sounds nice hor? I thought J'Von Ho doesn't sound nice, I told Janice it would sound classier if I take on Jas' surname so tat it becomes J'Von Gomes. Lolx! Anyway, back to topic.....

The hotel hor, very funny de. The room number is not anywhere on the door. I search high and low, finally, I found it on the floor.....

This was the room in the original state. All nice, and cosy..... Can anyone imagine the mess it was in after 4 woman has stayed in it? Anyway, I din get to take a pic of how it looked like.....

I was the earliest to check in. The rest all came so late. Me and Jas then went to Liang Court to have our dinner first. It has been ages since I last been there. I used to go there when I was young, and I meant really really young. Used to go there with my parents after we take a walk at Clarke Quay. Had a walk at Clarket Quay with Jas after dinner. Feels good... Me and him haven had walks like this for a long long time. The place has changed so much. Now there's spaceships look alike strutures there that makes the entire place look so modernistic.

After that, I went back to the room while Jas went fishing. Janice came soon followed by Joy and lastly Joei. We had to get up at about 2.30am to start preparing to go over to Sinta's dad's hse so actually all of use din get much sleep.

Finally, all are ready to go... Aiya, Joy nt in the pic cause hor, my hp camera cannot accomodate so many pple in the pic when self taken. My hand not long enough to extend out. All pretty pretty hor?

The four of us got orchids to wear on on wrist to brighten up our outfit.

The morning tea ceremony very traditional de. A lot of customs to follow. Very interesting. Too bad we din manage to get Hoon to drink our specially concorted 酸甜苦辣. We prepared it as a symbolic thingy to mean tat they would go thru thick and thin together. Would have love to see his face downing those four shots.

So after the tea ceremony, we accompanied the bride and groom to take more pics near their place before we retire back to the hotel room to get some sleep so tat we can better prepare ourselves for the dinner at night. Dinner was superb. Delicious sums it all up! Our dear Sinta looked so pretty! But I think she had some trouble trying to act all prim and proper. Lolx! It must have been hard on her. She normally so unlady like de. Wahahha!

Tat's al for the wedding. Sinta is officially married to Hoon. Congrats Mr and Mrs Kim! =)

So off to the chalet I went on Monday. A few words generally sums up the chalet. Tat's Sleep, Eat, Mahjong, Swim, Watch VCD. Very simple but very enjoyable and relaxing. Everyone had their share of fun and laughter.

Think hor, the highlight event of the chalet is celebratig Meow's bday. He was bathing halfway oblivious to all of use waiting outside the bathroom for him with a lighted bday cake. Someone off the lights hoping he would walk out bare to switch it on again. Haha! But lucky for tat dude, he didn't.
