世界第二幸福

Saw this scene in a show....

A couple getting married in a chapel.... The male lead said, "我要你做世界上第二幸福的人" so the female lead asked, "为什么不是第一个？"

I could guess the answer.....

It's a very corny statement but yet I found it one of the most romantic one. It shows that the man is so very in love with the lady that he feels he's the most happy to be with her. I think most people feel most happy with the one he/she loves..... tat's why although the statement is simple and corny, it expresses very well one's innermost feeling.

I too... wan the guy who marry me to feel he's the happiest in the world. I wouldn't mind being the 2nd happiest. Haiz.... or maybe tat only happens in show.... Not in reality....
